We decided the 2019 was the best cricket season ever. We watched most of the England World Cup matches together. Could we get a better feeling than seeing England beat the Aussies in the semifinals? Well, that final happened. We were both on the edge of our seats. What a match. What a privilege it was to watch the game with Mark. Miss you. X

We were best mates for over 25 years. Very few people in my life have made me laugh as much as you did and still do! I’ve got so much to say but I know that you’ll already know what I’m thinking. For those that don’t know, the picture I’ve posted is of Mark when he was going through prolonged dental treatment to sort out his bad teeth. As a joke I made him some pearly white cardboard ones while his new real ones were being made! Here is proudly and happily sporting them at work. One of the many daft things that helped us through some tough times at work. Can’t put into words how much I’ll miss you but I know you’ll be keeping an eye on me from somewhere. Uvavu!

I didn’t know Mark, but I know his daughter Jacqui, and she is a wonderful legacy. I know how much she loved her dad, which means he must have been a top bloke. Rest in peace Mark. Jacqui, keep on keeping on. Xxx
